Persian Tabriz rugs are named after the city of Tabriz in northwestern Iran, a major center of rug production for centuries.  
Size: The size as 3'1" x 16'10". The runner seems well-suited to the hallway. The length complements the space, and the width allows for comfortable passage.
Design and Colors:
Field: The primary colors blue, cream/ivory, and dark brown. This limited color palette is also typical of some Tabriz rugs. The field of the rug light cream or ivory color. The light colors of the rug contrast nicely with the darker wood floor, brightening the hallway. The blue accents in the rug  complement any potential blue tones in the wood or surrounding decor.
Visual Impact: The rug adds a strong visual element to what might otherwise be a plain hallway. It draws the eye and creates a sense of warmth and invitation.
